We love the quality and we look after meticulously the production process of our sausages using quality ingredients and ensuring hygiene and food safety throughout the production process.

The traditional methods of processing that we use, are the same that have developed over the centuries among the people of our hills.

Sausages are produced in our workroom with EEC mark: we transform fresh pigs meat, grew up in small local farms into quality sausages.

Only from pigs not stressed and fed a healthy diet you can get a totally natural processing.

In fact, during the production, we don't add preservatives, colorants or other additives.
